Florida Bound

Well...It's been a while since I posted on the blog, and I am not sick anymore.

Tomorrow we pack the car up with three bikes, four people, and head down to Panama City Beach for Ironman. I'm looking forward to it, as the course is one of my favourites. Race day is Saturday, 650am CST. I'm #24, you can track me on ironman.com

If things work out, I'll hopefully lead out of the water. The weather looks great for race day, so we'll see how things go! Hopefully I'll be able to post again before race day.

Make it a great race. I am doing a half iron relay there in May 09 with a couple relatives, good to hear it is a favourite course. Sounds flat.

What kind of a drivetrain do you use, standard..compact?

Hope you have a great race, Dano. You've trained hard for this and, will no doubt, leave it all out there. Looking forward to tracking you all this weekend!!
All the best...

Dano,

It's Adam here, from eLab. How can I get ahold of you? I've misplaced your email. And I wanted to follow up with you as CG from Aurora TAC let me know you did IMF.

Cheers,

Adam
