Well...after 2 years + a day, I've decided to resurect the blog once again.
What will I blog about? A little of this, a little of that. It won't be as detailed on training anymore, as I'm not training at the same level, but I'm still swimming Masters, and have signed up to race another Ironman in 2011, this time as an age-grouper. More on that to come.
