Not as tough of a day today, a swim and an easy run.
5000 m in the pool this morning, the same workout that we swam two weeks ago.
400 swim, 200 kick
2 X (10X50 w. band on 1', 200 IM)
Main Set:
3 X (3 X 200 w. 30' rest, 3 X 50 on 1', 250 easy)
During the main set, the goal was to build speed throughout each of the 3 200's and 3 50's.
I felt a little bit better in the water compared to the last time we swam this set!!
We ended the day with a 40' easy base run. Turns out I could have worn shorts running today, it was 48 F when I headed out, and nice and sunny!!
